The KNQ2-80AE series household automatic transfer switch is KINEE's latest 2P 220V Dual Power Automatic Transfer Switch and miniature household power transfer switch. This PC-grade infrequent transfer switch features a two-stage structure and is suitable for AC 50/60Hz power distribution systems with a rated current of 10-80A.
As a reliable 2P 220V Dual Power Automatic Transfer Switch, it is primarily used to detect whether the user's power supply is normal.
When one power supply malfunctions, it immediately switches to the other. This 2P 220V Dual Power Automatic Transfer Switch employs both mechanical and electrical interlocks to prevent simultaneous operation of both power supplies, thus ensuring the continuity, reliability, and safety of the power supply.
Performance and Features
- Fast switching speed driven by excited electromagnet. Default control voltage: AC220V (AC110V optional).
- Visual indicators for Normal, Emergency, and Load power supply status.
- Automatic self-throwing and self-recovery mode: Normal power supply takes priority when both sources are available.
- Modular design with same-side wiring for easy installation. Total weight ≤0.5kg, compact size, simple maintenance.
- Built-in arc extinguishing system: arcs are split, lengthened, cooled, and quenched in arc chutes. Fireproof housing and PCB coated with conformal coating for harsh environments.
- Built-in power sampling line (no separate control power wiring needed); automatic transfer works with main circuit only.
