On-site product communication with the engineering and technical team behind a major construction project.
KINEE products have entered the Olokon project, a large construction development in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. As part of our involvement, KINEE staff visited the project to meet engineering and technical personnel and discuss our products in the context of the work on site.
The visit covered the construction area, electrical distribution equipment, and materials storage. It connected our team with the people responsible for the site work and provided a practical setting for product discussions.

For KINEE, professional project engagement includes understanding where products will be used and communicating clearly with the people who work with them. At Olokon, that meant taking the discussion directly to the site.
Understanding the Electrical Application
Electrical products need to be considered within the wider installation. The arrangement of equipment and its relationship to the surrounding system give essential context to a product discussion.
At Olokon, KINEE staff viewed an open electrical distribution cabinet and examined the visible equipment layout. Alongside the site walk, this gave our team a closer understanding of the project environment in which the product conversations were taking place.

Our approach is to relate product information to the intended application. A site visit helps establish that context; project specifications and product documentation provide the basis for a detailed technical review. Each has a distinct role in an informed product discussion.
A Closer Look at Product Details
The exchange continued in the materials storage area, where KINEE staff and project technical personnel gathered around enclosure samples. They examined a sample together and used images on a phone to support the discussion.

Working with a physical sample gives participants a common reference for discussing product construction and visible details. It allows questions to be linked to a specific part of the product, making explanations more precise and easier to follow.
For our team, the exchange also created an opportunity to listen. The people working on a project bring practical knowledge of its environment. Combining that perspective with clear product information makes communication more relevant to the work.
Connecting Product Supply with Site Dialogue
KINEE products entering Olokon formed the basis for a focused exchange between our staff and the site technical team. In the storage area, KINEE AC contactor packaging was visible among the project materials as product discussions continued nearby.

The visit brought product supply and technical communication into the same setting. It allowed KINEE staff to discuss products in person, understand the site context, and hear directly from the personnel involved in the work.
We thank the Olokon engineering and technical team for their time and the opportunity to exchange views. Our involvement in this major Bishkek project reflects an approach centred on the product, its application, and direct communication with the project team.
