Product Introduction
The KNRD-D series thermal overload relay is used for AC 50 or 60Hz, voltage up to 660V, current up to 80A and below circuits, for thermal protection of AC motors. Designed as a high-performance AC Magnetothermal Overload Relay, it ensures reliable overload and phase-failure protection even under fluctuating ambient conditions. Unlike conventional models, this AC Magnetothermal Overload Relay features a built-in differential mechanism and temperature compensation environment section, which significantly improves tripping accuracy and reduces nuisance trips in variable-temperature industrial settings.
This AC Magnetothermal Overload Relay can be directly matched with the KNX2(KNX2-DN)new AC contactor, offering a compact and interchangeable mounting solution for motor starter combinations. Additionally, the KNRD-D series serves as a versatile AC Magnetothermal Overload Relay that supports both manual and automatic reset modes, making it suitable for a wide range of conveyor, pump, and compressor applications.
